For 20 years, Tiago Valente has been looking for the perfect sound, as a musician or as an electric piano luthier.
His story as a creator began at the tender age of 8, when he built his first instrument, a mono-oscillator pseudo-organ, played with a probe and mounted in a box for mockup materials. He hasn’t stopped since. He’s ventured into electronics, product design, sound equipment, lighting, mechanics and, of course, mechanical instruments, always taking them apart, analyzing, researching and fixing whatever he can where necessary.
After many years repairing old electric pianos, it dawned on him it was time to develop his own piano for the reality of musicians today. That’s why Tiago is the brain and soul behind the Valente Electric Piano and ahead of every detail in a manual process that ensures that every instrument is exceptional.

Fabio, in addition to being a keyboardist, is also a producer and composer. His experience of more than 30 years was acquired by working for Sony Music, RCA, EMI, WEA, Polygram and JSR. Previously, he has also worked as Product Development Manager and Specialist as well as Artist Relations at Tokai Organs and Digital Pianos from 2008 until 2015 when he left to participate in the foundation of Key Magic Inc.
